For monogrammed items, we estimate a 2-3 week turnaround from the date you placed your order. However, since each piece is made to order, we cannot promise this timeline.

Please note: Delivery time does not include the initial 24-hour processing window. Delivery time is noted in business days, which does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or any major holidays.

Due to the highly personalized nature of our goods, all sales are final. Please make sure to closely proofread all spelling and order details before checking out. 

Last-minute invite? Not to worry - we are happy to rush orders! However, since we make each design by hand, please note that we have to charge double the listed price to accommodate a one-week turnaround and triple the listed price for a 24-hour turnaround.
